Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the RSJ Construction Group website and outline the basics of how we work with homeowners. Specific project terms are always set out in a written agreement before any construction begins.

1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may revise these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2.Use of the Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about our remodeling services and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape content, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3.Consultations and Estimates
Requesting a consultation or estimate through this website is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. Estimates are based on the scope discussed and the conditions observed at the time. Final pricing, project scope, materials, and timeline are set out in a written agreement signed before construction begins. Until that agreement is signed, no project is scheduled and no work is guaranteed.
4.Project Agreements
Each remodeling project is governed by a separate written agreement that details scope, cost, payment schedule, timeline, materials, and change-order procedures. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.
5.Permits, Codes, and Compliance
Where required, we handle permitting and work in accordance with applicable building codes in the Cumming, GA 30040 area. Homeowners are responsible for any homeowner association (HOA) approvals or restrictions that may apply to their property and for informing us of any known restrictions before work begins.
6.Site Access and Conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to keep us informed of any conditions that may affect the project. Existing conditions, concealed damage, or issues discovered during construction that were not visible at the time of estimating may require a change order and an adjustment to cost or timeline.
7.Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, are specified in your written project agreement. Payments are due according to that schedule. This website does not process payments directly; any payment instructions provided through the site are for convenience only.
8.Warranties and Disclaimer
Workmanship and material warranties, if any, are described in your signed project agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSJ Construction Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to a specific remodeling project is governed by the terms of that project's written agreement.
10.Intellectual Property
